Refund Policy

Thirty days. No questions asked.

Effective 8 September 2026 Prodify Labs LLC

If you ask for a refund within 30 days of a payment, you get it. We do not ask why, we do not review the request, we do not deduct any fee, and it does not matter how much you used the software. You receive the full amount you paid, including tax, back to the payment method you used.

How to ask

Email support@prodifylabs.io from the address on the order, or use the link in your receipt. One line is enough.

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, so the refund is issued by Paddle and appears on your statement the same way the charge did. How long it takes to show is up to your bank.

What the 30 days count from

Cancelling is not the same as refunding

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and your licence keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. If you also want the last payment back and you are inside the 30 days, ask for the refund — cancelling on its own does not trigger one.

What happens to the licence

A refunded licence is deactivated. Your projects, code and local data live on your own machine and a refund does not touch them. If you used the optional cloud features, you can export what is stored there for 30 days after the refund.

Your statutory rights come on top

Nothing here reduces rights the law gives you. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, and consumers in several other countries have similar rights. Where a statutory right gives you more than this policy does, the statutory right applies. Paddle, as seller of record, handles those withdrawals directly.

Organisation agreements

Org seats bought under a signed agreement are covered by the refund terms in that agreement. Where the agreement is silent, this policy applies unchanged.

Billing errors

Being charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount you did not agree to is not a refund request — it is an error, and we correct it regardless of how much time has passed. Email us.
