One licence per engineer. Flat price, no metering.
fAI is desktop software you install on your own machine. It is licensed per seat and billed at a flat rate — nothing about the price depends on how much you use it, because fAI never resells model access.
Model access is not included, and that is the point. fAI drives the AI subscription or API key you already pay for — Anthropic, OpenAI, Moonshot — and calls go from your machine straight to that provider. We never see your key, we never mark up your tokens, and there is no per-token charge on top. The licence buys the harness, not the model.
The full harness, context engine, living memory and skill packs. Everything one engineer needs to work locally.
Core, plus live artifacts with round-trip editing: design canvas, notebooks, decks, dataframes, kanban, track changes.
Pro, plus everything remote: mobile, voice, inbound webhooks, scheduled automations and web sharing.
Max, plus organisations: shared resources, guests, team fan-out, admin, storage and volume tiers.
Quoted separately: SSO and SCIM, data residency, audit support.

Buying for a team
Org is not self-service. Volume tiers, invoicing and the add-ons above are agreed first, then seats are issued against the agreement. Contact support@prodifylabs.io.
If a subscription lapses
Nothing of yours is deleted when a payment stops. The licence moves to read-only: you keep access to your organisation's stored documents and can export them. See Terms of Service for the exact wording.
Refunds
Thirty days, unconditional, no reason required. The full Refund Policy is one short page and it says exactly that.
